Two arraigned in Kakamega Court for murdering kin in cold blood

Two men were charged in connection with the killing of a close relative after a dispute.

Ichekata Luka Chiveli and Jacob Munyasia Wekesa were charged with the murder of Brian Muloko on August 14, 2017, at their Shivakale home in Kakamega East District.


Man arrested after Church confession

 Muloko, a brother of Chiveli and a cousin of Munyasia, is said to have been killed after being accused of beating up his own mother.

The two denied the charges before Justice David Manjanja at the High Court. They were granted a Sh500, 000 bond after it was established that Muloko has already been buried.

The two were ordered to report to Matete Police Station every Monday till the case is heard and determined.
