Dagoretti North MP-elect Simba Arati on Wednesday stormed Anniversary Towers on claims IEBC officials were doctoring forms 34B.
He claimed the forms from 290 constituencies were being changed by ICT officials before the same are uploaded to the public portal.
“I received information from a very reliable source of criminal activities happening here and I came to confirm,” he told journalists.
This happened amid pressure on the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission to upload the forms to aid election petitions.
In its response to the National Super Alliance on Tuesday, IEBC said it would immediately provide all the forms 34B as requested by the opposition.
CEO Ezra Chiloba, in an August 14 letter, said: “We are, however, not able to supply forms 34A at the moment.”
“The same shall be made available to you as soon as possible. Kindly bear with us as we work round the clock to serve you,” he said.
The opposition has opted for court redress on their contest against the declaration of President Uhuru Kenyatta as winner of the polls.

And before the announcement was made, Arati said he found a team of youths working on the documents.
“The team told us they were just verifying the information to ensure they marched with what is uploaded but we know they are hiding the truth.”
He said NASA has strong evidence which it will use to nail IEBC at the Supreme court.
The EU told IEBC that the provision of information and statistics will boost confidence among the stakeholders.
