Senator Hassan Omar expresses optimism winning governor seat

Senator Hassan Omar expressed confidence he will be the next governor after the polls because he has the numbers to propel him to power.

The Senator said residents are tired of Governor Hassan Joho, who he claims has been oppressing and discriminating them on religious and racial grounds.

“In Mombasa, there is the issue of discrimination on religious and racial grounds that have been tolerated by the incumbent governor.

We shall remove that once we are elected,” he said. He has promised to address water scarcity, housing, unemployment and equip hospitals with adequate drugs.

“I am optimistic that we are already winning this race. We shall change everything that has been wrong after the elections,” said Omar.

He hit out at Joho, who he said has no agenda for the people except showing off how he can stand up to President Uhuru Kenyatta and hype ODM rallies.
