Passaris Distances Herself From Babu Owino After Remarks.

Nairobi Women Rep. Esther Passaris has through her Facebook account distanced herself from Babu Owino’s remarks in Westlands and Dagoretti North on Sunday.

Through her Facebook account the Nairobi Women Representative has said, “No matter how big our differences or how low we think of each other, there is a line that should not be crossed.”

She also took the liberty to apologize the First Family of Mama Ngina Kenyatta over Babu Owino’s remarks.

“ As a mother, I sincerely apoligize to the former First Lady, Her Excellency Mama Ngina Kenyatta and her family over the insults and disrespect meted on her, with neither depicts nor reflect the character or direction envisaged by our party leader the Rt. Hon. Raila Amollo Odinga and the NASA Principals.”

Esther Passaris also took the opportunity to call upon the youth and fellow politicians to exercise with caution their freedom.

“Freedom comes with responsibility, and I beg my fellow politicians and Kenyans on both sides of the divide not to abuse this freedom-whether on social media or otherwise.” She says.
