Ford Kenya leader Moses Wetangula is speaking on an issue on need to import maize.

Wetangula echoed statement by Dr. Noah Wekesa, the chairperson strategic food reserve denouncing claims that the country was facing maize shortage.

Speaking at St. Peter’s Nyaisa Secondary school, West Mogirango constituency Nyamira county, Wetangula reiterated his call to the government to promote local farmers by encouraging purchase of maize locally.
