There was drama in Maella village in Naivasha yesterday when residents openly heckled the local MCA Mujing’a Kariuki and stopped him from speaking because of his poor performance.

Nakuru Governor Kinuthia Mbugua, who had gone to the area to commission several development projects, watched as the residents shouted down Kariuki.

The MCA had accompanied the governor. Mbugua’s efforts to quell the heckling and let Kariuki address the residents fell on deaf ears.
