Jubilee’s Titanic Sink.

Now, in the past let’s say a one week or so, to this particular day this publication is at your reach, so much has happened. Some that you and I can comprehend and those that leave us mouth agape.

For instance we can comprehend why the Jubilee Team through its spanner boys is consistently failling in their war against Chief Justice David Maraga, Deputy Chief Justice Muilu not forgetting Judge Lenaola. Personally, Their attacks were poorly choreographed! What I can’t comprehend is why there were bees at the Supreme Court. I am also superstitious but let us leave that to the tale tells.

Let’s now look at the SCOK verdict. The Judges, four against two annulled President Uhuru Kenyatta’s win. The President is yet to comprehend the verdict yet neither him nor Hon. Raila Odinga won.  Well it looked like it was a NASA win but truth, Kenyans won.

With his plans on the Judiciary thwarted, the third respondent threw his dagger at the petitioner in an attempt to cripple his functionality. A letter to Department of Public Prosecutions is written and the DPP, Mr. Keriako Tobiko is requested to investigate and make arrests of those found culpable of having an authorized access to the IEBC systems. Hon. Musalia Mudavadi and Lead Counsel Orengo are targets. You know when President Uhuru Kenyatta’s men take such a move, there is always something mischievous cooking. You Gatundu South MP, Moses Kuria on his Twitter Account alleging that the late IEBC ICT Expert was somewhere along Thika Road enjoying with a woman, a lady was later to be found murdered alongside Musando. An alleged or let us say stage managed siege at the Deputy President William Ruto’s home while he was at a rally kilometers away. It always leads to something.

In one of the latest allegations, a petition by Derrick Malika Ngumu raises questions on the conduct of the lady justice Phelomane Muilu. The petitioner links a non existing Margaret Orengo to a lengthy conversations with Justice Muilu to a number linked to Mr. Orengo’s alleged sister,Margaret Orengo.

Through his Twitter account Senator Orengo objects the claims. “I have not spoken to her in years. Her name is Florence Adhiambo. Family used to call her Ndus coz she was petite and pretty.” … in a new twist “Margaret Orengo” is also headed to court seeking legal redress on how her call logs were accessed while Orengo on the other side via his Twitter account responds to the petitioner on behalf of the alleged “Margaret Orengo” saying to “the petitioner  plot has thickened! More smoking guns!” …

Safaricom is the 1st respondent. The network provider says no permission was granted whatsoever to anyone to access.

In the mean time, Denis Itumbi, the all time main speaker and planner of flopping Social Media attacks has found himself in hot soup when Justice Lenaona through his Lawyer David Korir on Friday gave Itumbi 3 days to pull down his postings and an apology to the Justice is needed.

You see, in these last days with all these water holes punched on Jubilee’s Titanic sinking ship attributed to by recklessness and lack of well thought of counter strategies, the party’s image has been tainted to the worst leaving the Digital Team headed by Denis Itumbi with Jubilee is now resorting to challenge the Supreme Court’s  verdict that nullify the President win. Their song was sang by the their Lawyers Paul Muite and Mr. Ngatia.

The battle ground they say was set by the SCOK when in its final verdict that has received resistance from different quarters when the Judges said that all Ballot Box be kept with current content which according to NASA Officials are stuffed with fake ballot papers.

Ahead of a busy political week more petitions are on the way as head Department of Public Prosecutions Keriako Tobiko starts tossing the Jubilee, NASA cases like hot potatoes writing to EACC CEO Halakhe Waqo and DCI Director Ndegwa Muhoro, Tobiko ordered for the report on a thorough, comprehensive and expeditious investigations to be submitted to him within 21 day.

Who will blink first?
