The Court of Appeal on Tuesday ordered the Kenyan premier League to reinstated Nakumatt and Zoo Kericho into the top tier league with immediate effect.
The duo had been suspended indefinitely from this season’s top tie league on September 21 after a High Court ruling made by Justice John Mativo.
Mativo directed that the league reverts to a 16-team competition after hearing a case filed by former Football Kenya Federation president Sam Nyamweya who challenged the composition of the league in March 2016.
