Power generating company KenGen has suffered a setback following a court injunction terminating the demarcation of prime land where it wants to set up a Sh7 billion wind farm.

The court issued the order following a petition by Governor Peter Munya. In the suit, Mr Munya has sued Attorney General Githu Muigai and the Tigania East district lands and adjudication settlements officer, Kephers Obingo.
