Trans Nzoia County Governor Patrick Khaemba (Left) and Deputy Governor Stanley Tarus

Ford-Kenya has picked Governor Patrick Khaemba to fly the party flag in Trans Nzoia.

In a press statement to newsrooms on Thursday, the party’s management committee stated that it had adopted the resolutions of branch and other party officials to have Khaemba picked by consensus to fly the party flag.

“Today we have adopted the resolutions of the party’s Trans Nzoia branch that, among others, sought to pick and field the current governor by consensus. The decision is meant to guard the party against a fractious nomination…” read the statement.
