‘SELFISH’ RUTO MOVED TO JUBILEE ALONE, CCM SUPPORTERS SAY, VOW TO VOTE FOR RAILA

A section of Bomet CCM officials and supporters have dismissed their party leader Isaac Rutto’s decision to back Jubilee in the October 17 repeat presidential election.

Alvin Koech, who unsuccessfully contested the governor ticket during the CCM primaries, said Rutto did not consult party members before making the move.

“Jubilee does not subscribe to NASA or CCM ideology of pushing for 45 per cent of funds to be sent to the counties.”

“Following this, it was foolhardy for Rutto to make a hasty decision of supporting Jubilee. He did so for his selfish interests, tumbo politics” Koech said on Sunday.
