Roselyn Akombe Former IEBC Commissioner revealed gravy matters at Wafula Chebukati led commission that might cripple the possibility of free repeat elections

Roselyn Akombe In an interview with the BBC’s News Day program Mrs Akombe said that the Commission is under siege, adding that Mr Chebukati, despite his ability, may not satisfactorily deliver a credible election.

Mrs Akombe expressed fears that as much as the Commission is ready to hold repeat polls, the outcome of the p[polls would not be credible, owing to the [political interference ongoing at the IEBC.

How do you proceed with elections knowing that half of the country is not going to participate… and that the same problems that led to nullification are likely to be repeated?…

You see, my personality requires that I say the truth, if Jubilee think that that is being pro NASA it is their problem… I will not be going back home anytime soon…. I don’t feel safe there, never felt safe ”
