[PHOTOS] How Kenyans made fun of Raila’s ‘Vifaranga vya Computer’ remark

Kenyans on social media on Wednesday made fun of Opposition leader Raila Odinga’s ‘Vifaranga vya Kompyuta’ statement.

Raila said this when he announced the National Super Alliance’s plan to challenge President Uhuru Kenyatta’s win in court.

The ODM leader referred to Uhuru and Deputy President William Ruto as ‘computer generated leaders’.

This followed his dispute over the results declared by IEBC on Friday last week naming Uhuru as winner of the August 8 polls.

The matter will be argued in the Supreme Court.

Hillarious images and graphics emerged in the social media moments after the NASA boss spoke to the media on his plan.

“Supreme court it is. We must reject Vifaranga vya Computer,” the NASA presidential contender in the recently concluded polls tweeted.

His statement was echoed by Embakasi East MP-elect Babu Owino who also pushed for the rejection of ‘illegitimate’ leaders.

The post elicited reactions from twitter users who urged Raila to soldier on with his quest for justice.

Chiponda Mwagongo said: “It’s too early for Jubilee to celebrate NASA’s decision to go to the Supreme Court. Raila,’We will not accept and move on.”

NASA, in its tweet, said the Kenyan Judiciary is under Kenyan’s watch as they present their case over the just concluded general elections.

“We’ll not accept & move on! Jubilee ni vifaranga wa computer! Supreme Court must show commitment to justice & rule of law. #RailaOnResults.”

Edd Macharia, another user, joked that he would appreciate if he got tenders from the President and DP.

“@UKenyatta @WilliamsRuto Sasa juu nilisikia nyinyi ni vifaranga, hio order ya chick mash itakuwa aje?”

(President Uhuru and DP Ruto now that you have been referred to as chicks, can i get an order to supply chick mash?)
