Meru Governor Peter Munya urged international election monitors to be vigilant against a possibility of widespread rigging in the August elections.

He said the Government should provide enough security for all candidates irrespective of their party popularity and affiliation.

Ms Skulova said the group would be available in the election period and was keen to work closely with various players to get their views on the election process.
