Court Orders Payment of Accrued Allowances and Unpaid Salaries to the kisii County Assembly Sergeant at Arms.

The Nakuru industrial high court temporarily halted the sacking of the Kisii County Assembly’s Sergeant at arms Mr. Andrew Atika. The industrial high court judge , justice Stephen Radido ordered the Kisii county government to pay him all outstanding allowances and unpaid salaries .

Justice Stephen Radido gave the orders pending hearing of a case filed by the Sergeant at arms Mr. Andrew Atika Angwenyi against the national police service commission and the county government of kisii
For unlawful interfering with the Sergeant at arms duties in the kisii county assembly .

Mr. Atika is to retain his position at the Kisii County Assembly until the mater is heard and determined. Mr. Atika had gone to court on October 24 .The Case resumes on January 16 2017.
