Yet a report by the supreme court which ordered an audit of an electronic system to ascertain allegations of hacking revealed that some form of unauthorized entry into the system was detected.

Sadly, IEBC’s influential officials declined to give court-mandated IT experts and officials representing Jubilee and NASA unrestricted access to electronic devices so as holistic audit could be done. In fact, IEBC officials should be prosecuted for disobeying this particular court order.
Nevertheless, the limited access that necessitated some partial audit of the electronic system revealed shocking information how the system was compromised mostly by IEBC’s officials to distort results and destroy the integrity of our electoral system.
Perhaps we need to define the meaning of the term hacking within the context of electronic systems so as defensive IEBC officials, OT-Morpho and Jubilee supporters can understand. Hacking is basically defined as the illegal use of a computer to gain unauthorized access to data.
Bottom line is IEBC system was hacked. OT-Morpho should be investigated further perhaps as a co-conspirator in enabling a fraudulent election. It should also be banned from doing business in Kenya.
